There is the magical moment that we are waiting for in the Chef's House with the utmost impatience. Snowdrops are already blooming in our garden, but the first spring brightness enters the kitchen.
While we are still waiting for domestic harvest, in the south of Europe farmers are already reading the first young asparagus, juicy rhubarb and the power-up salmon in the basket. It is these products, which are full of vitamins and sun, that have become the basis for our new Easter menu, which the chef Juris Dukalskis has prepared for you.
And what spring holidays without birch juices? Our owner Ēriks has already made sure that the freshest sip of nature is built on the table directly from the trees in our surroundings.
