Summer simply isn't complete without the aroma of smoke, the crackle of an open fire, and a leisurely meal shared with good company. That's why, for two special days in July, we'll be firing up the grills and smokers at Pavāru Māja to their fullest.
We've created a special menu inspired by the magic of smoke and flame, where every element has been touched by fire. This won't be just a meal—it will be a journey of flavours to experience with all your senses.We'll be smoking not only freshly caught fish, but also... cream, transforming familiar flavours into something entirely new.On the hot grill, we'll prepare juicy yakitori skewers and, of course, a perfectly cooked premium beef steak. Nestled in the embers, new potatoes and crisp seasonal vegetables will develop their rich, smoky character.For dessert, we'll serve a bold Nordic-inspired cloudberry ice cream, accompanied by fire-caramelised grilled apricots.To complete the experience, our bar will be serving refreshing summer cocktails created especially for this event.
We've also partnered with GAJA Wine House to offer a carefully curated selection of wines, each chosen to complement the smoky, flame-kissed flavours on your plate.
